Welcome to the United Supermarkets Sponsorship/Donation Application Site.

United Supermarkets is a proud sponsor of many events, programs and organizations in local neighborhoods throughout the 30 communities we serve. Please refer to our Donation Guidelines before completing your application.

  • All sponsorship proposals must be submitted via our online form.
  • We no longer accept proposals via mail, fax or email.
  • For sponsorships that will require involvement of our marketing department, we require proposals to be submitted a minimum of six months prior to the event or season start date.
  • For basic sponsorships, we require proposals to be submitted a minimum of four weeks prior to the event or season start date.

Sponsorships are limited to the United Supermarkets trade area in North Texas, West Texas and Eastern New Mexico.

This online application will require you to provide detailed information regarding your sponsorship. Please submit one application for each sponsorship for United Supermarkets' consideration. You may type or paste additional information in the "comments" section at the end of this form.
